|Michael Boisvert - Founder and President
Michael Boisvert has over 20 years of investment banking experience serving the financing needs of public and private universities, private K-12 schools, YMCAs and cultural institutions and social service organizations. Prior to founding Longhouse Capital Advisors, he headed-up the National Higher Education and Non-Profit Financing practice for BMO Capital Markets and Griffin, Kubik, Stephens & Thompson, Inc.
Prior to working as an investment banker, Mr. Boisvert served as Executive Assistant to the Governor of Nevada and as Campus Planner for Cranbrook Educational Community. Mr. Boisvert received his Bachelor's in Public Affairs from the University of Chicago, a Masters degree in Public Affairs and Urban and Regional Planning from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia University.

Lindsay M. Wall - Managing Director and Partner
Lindsay Wall joined Longhouse Capital Advisors in March 2011. She has been working in the higher education and nonprofit space since 2002. Ms. Wall's experience includes managing transactions for colleges and universities, social service agencies, cultural institutions, and private K-12 schools. Prior to joining Longhouse Capital Advisors, Ms. Wall was a public finance investment banker at BMO Capital Markets and Griffin, Kubik, Stephens & Thompson, Inc.
Ms. Wall is active in the nonprofit community in Chicago and nationally and is a former chair of the program committee of the governing board of Princeton AlumniCorps, Inc. and past Treasurer of the Board of Women in Public Finance. She holds an M.P.P. in Public Finance from the Irving B. Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Religious Studies from Princeton University.

Ann Koch - Senior Vice President
Ann Koch joined Longhouse Capital Advisors in March 2016. She has been actively involved in Public Finance for over 15 years, most recently at Piper Jaffray and BMO Capital Markets. Ms. Koch is responsible for structuring bond issues and coordinating the execution of transactions, as well as providing analytical and quantitative support on a variety of financings for public and private entities including municipalities and universities on both fixed rate and variable rate issues.
Ms. Koch earned a bachelor's degree in management from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. She is also a past Board President of Women in Public Finance.
